Student Registration

Register students before entering responses. Enter the school's admission number / student code.

Bulk import students: upload a CSV file with columns' titles strictly named as student_code, first_name, last_name, sex, dob, class_level, stream, present, disabilities, parent_education
The dob format is dd/mm/yyyy
Sex should be Boy or Girl
The class_level is the grade, i.e., 4 - 12, of the student
For disabilities and parent_education, type them, or use the ones that are in the register student section dropdowns for reference

Manage Registered Students

Only students from your school are shown. You can view, edit or delete records.

Promote Students to Next Grade

Select grade and stream, then click 'Load Students' to view eligible students from your school.
Grade 4 to Grade 5 : Grade 11 to Grade 12
Students in Grade 12 will be permanently deleted upon promotion (end of lower primary cycle).
